3. Use of Services

• Pornographic, sexually explicit, or discriminatory.
• Infringing on intellectual property rights of others.

You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or misuse our Services.

4. User Content

• You retain ownership of the photos you upload.
• By uploading photos, you grant us a limited license to process them for the sole purpose of generating your headshots.
• Unless you provide explicit consent, your photos will not be used to train AI models or shared with third parties.
• We delete uploaded photos and generated headshots from our servers within 1 day, unless required by law.

5. Payments and Refunds

• Some Services may require payment. Pricing will be displayed before purchase.
• Payments are processed through trusted third-party providers. We do not store your credit card information.
• All sales are final unless required by applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

• All intellectual property rights in our Services (including software, design, branding, and content) remain the property of ImpressOne.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our Services without our written consent.

7. Disclaimers

• Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available."
• We do not guarantee that the generated headshots will meet your expectations in every case.
• We are not responsible for any damages resulting from the use of generated headshots (e.g., for professional, legal, or identification purposes).

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• ImpressOne and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) in the past 12 months.

9. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform.
• You may stop using our Services at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will take effect when posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
• Continued use of our Services after changes means you accept the new Terms.
